Hi Nick! Yes! it should always be pulling you… walk away from the band’s anchor to make it harder! or close to make it easier… but there should always be some tension on the band
Perfect, thank you! I ignore my core so unbelievably much in my routines… that needs to change. I’m going to incorporate some (if not all) of these into the mix. (With burpees, too) haha

I like this list, but regarding the one arm carry. Do I have to wink 😉 at the midway point ? Does it matter which eye I use ?

Should I do all the core exercises first for a few weeks and then move onto the other exercises or can I mix them
Mix them in! always start slow. some of these exercises are really advanced so make sure you feel safe and ready before adding them to your routine
How many minutes should i do the each exercises in a day?
start by doing 3 sets of 12. pick one or two exercises in the list
Do u have an exercise or video to get full rotation on the follow thru? I’m having a hard time twisting to that full rotation. I’m 47 , stiff, and I need some flexibility. Thank u in advance. 🙂
