I wanted to find out about proper Golf swing and the , Jοmtοnο Naha (Go ogle it) was the first guide I chose. Highlighted in the guide are considerable tips such as selecting the right club model and length depending on your arm length, height, and shoulder width. Through the lessons in the guide, I‘m able to lower my handicap to 15 from 22 in one year.
Can you guys make more workouts to follow along golf specific. I really enjoy all the golf exercises

@Mark Hey Mark, the RMT club is a great tool to train rotation and swinging mechanics. There’s nothing better IMO, worth the purchase. I suggest starting with a 4 lbs. club for most people.
@Eric Dowling what about other clubs? i feel it may be a little on the light side no?
