I’ve got a Golf training program to do over winter, Its 8 weeks off-season workouts to build a Solid Foundation. Followed by a 6 week different training to develop Golf-specific Power. (Pre-season) Then lastly i have a Phase 3, to maintain my new found strength through out the season.
