Hey Tyler really enjoying the workouts you post. Just a quick question … how many times a week should golf exercises be done when you’re doing general exercises too? I train Monday to Friday but I don’t really know how I should balance the two workouts(general weight training and golf training) hope it makes sense. Cheers!👍🏻
The goal of “golf specific” is to correct the bad movement patterns we enforce in our daily lives. Not to mention when we do a general workout. I would try and put in SOMETHING every time you step in the gym. Just find a good balance. Even 10 minutes of correct exercises or working on a specific movement to work stability or the swing would go a long way.
